My first visit, was very enjoyable, the staff could not have been more helpful and.peasant.The waiting area and other areas were beautiful and very clean. when I met Dr Bao I was very impressed, he explained the procedure he would be performing along with my cardiologist Dr Joseph, and put me right at ease.. I have no doubt he is the best Doctor for me. Thank you Dr Boa and your wonderful staff for experiencing a most helpful visit.
I was very nervous leading up to my appointment. I had a pleasant meeting with everyone i met and was made to feel comfortable. All my questions were answered. I would recommend this practice with no hesitation.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Frank Schmidt scheduled me for an aortic valve replacement on May 20th. I asked about doing a TEE test first. I was told he’d do that when they get me into surgery. (The procedure should be done before any surgery is scheduled). I was taken to surgery and put under general anesthesia only to wake up and find the surgery was aborted. TEE test shows a moderate leak. (Although i am experiencing severe symptoms.) The care and education received from getting a quad bypass heart surgery was incredible. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’m getting better. The staff was impeccable. Thanks for everything.
