Excellent service. Thankyou for everything that you are doing with my mom.
Everyone was helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome and listened to. Office was clean, plenty of seating in waiting area. Dr. O'Donnell is fantastic at explaining things and answering questions.
Dr Roby Abraham is amazing he took very good care of my mother however the way the staff runs the offices is unprofessional. They do not communicate and lack basic customer service skills. There’s no way to reach anyone in the office because they do not answer the phone nor do they respond to emails. Dr Abraham needs a new team they truly don’t deserve to work with him. Practice manager Korena Bates told my mother she or her staff would reach out to her a week ago and no one has yet reached out.
