First, let me say that Dr. Wiesinger is one of the best doctors we've seen in a long time. He and the entire staff were empathetic, super nice and helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience at the facility. The reason for the low rating - HCA's support services. I've been on the phone now almost 20 minutes to establish myself as a PROXY for my 13 year old son. I can't have access to his records without it.
