Once you get inside, everything is fine. Parking, if it's available, is ALWAYS a nightmare. Yes, there is valet service, but I have waited in line for that-c9m8ng abd going. Valet workers can only park cars where spaces are available. You have consolidated services and closed some locations, and now there is no room for all of us to park-assuming some patients can even get there, now. Dr. Rodriguez and all the pinnacle staff where professional, kind and friendly. Great people with great service.
Dr. Rodriquez is a great physician. He is very personable and takes great care of me and my husband. He will always make time for you. Nancy who works at the front desk here is very nice as well. All of the ladies up front and in the back are kind and caring.
Dr Leal is personable, detailed very explanatory. My experience with the office staff was efficient and pleasant. I recommend them.
I really like everyone of my doctor associates that works there. Everyone is very nice and polite
