Thank You, my care at your hospital, Blake Memorial Hospital was a concerning to me, because of the way I was discharged. I was a patient that is living in a shelter here I Manatee county. The name of the shelter is Under One Roof, and I explained t your medical Staff that the Shelter is a over night shelter and I couldn't go back there as a over night shelter until 3:00 pm.
