Knowledgeable and efficient. The security at reception was not communicative for the check in process. Nurse and doctor were very helpful.
I arrived, with severe pain . nurses were very professional. I was there for 3 hours .The MD sent me home with nothing for the pain. No diagnosis. Told me to see my PCP. Today a week after continue with the same pain.
If I could I’d nominate Donna for a DAISY award. I come here pretty often when I’m not feeling well but today at 3 am was the first time I really felt heard or seen. Donna listened to my story and my worries, I wasn’t just another patient to her, she remembered me from acouple nights ago from coming in from the ambulance and helped me and reassured me in anyway she could. I really appreciate her a lot because I felt I had no one on my side.
