Staff was caring and knowledgeable They talked to me and not down to me They made me feel very comfortable and at ease to come for my next visit I would recommend the office to everyone
First time patient and I found the staff to be courteous and helpful, the offices clean, and the overall experience very good. Dr Kaplan really impressed me as one of those unusual doctors who really cares about his patients. I never felt rushed and he was willing to listen and respond patiently and clearly to any of my questions. Highly recommended.
Staff and dr are terrific - apparently lots of people know that because getting an appointment is not easy and wait time is long.
