Scam artists that like to charge you for items you never asked for. Got arm surgery and was given an arm sling after surgery. Came in for a post surgery app and was given another arm sling by a nurse who simply stated, if you want to use this you can but if not just keep the one you have. I said ok. while I liked the doctor as others noted it is very difficult to get through to the suppoprt staff on the phone and they have not returned my phone calls or called in my prescriptions that Dr Lima ordered five days ago. Unacceptable --maybe they should consider hiring an answering service since the office staff do not seem capable of answering phone calls or calling in presxcirions in a timely fashion. Not sure if I will ever get my medication.
It’s very good 😊 and friendly staffs. My mom got assistance from her arthritis in hands and she got the shot that helps her a lot!
Great experience all ways…. Dr toole and his office staff is always the best
