I went into HCA Apollo Beach with complaints of lower back pain. The faculty and facility we're top-notch! Checking in was a breeze. The rooms are brand new and the nursing staff went above and beyond. Dennis and Charlenne treated me with respect and made me feel right at ease. Dr. Carreras was extremely thorough and asked a lot of questions. He took the time to listen to my concerns so as to better treat me. WE have been here twice and on both occasions the service was excellent. We were in and out within an hour or so and the staff were extremely attentive and kind. Highly recommended.

Nurse Stacia, Dr. Carreras, Charge Nurse Dalton, and Eric were absolutely amazing! Although I was in the emergency room, it felt comforting to be surrounded by a group of people who genuinely cared. They were all very patient, kind, and attentive to my needs. I know I went to urgent care, but it felt like a spa experience, haha! Amazing group of people!! 10 stars!
