I recently had a great experience at HCA Emergency Room in Apollo Beach. As much as nobody wants to be there, I was treated very well, in a timely manner by a very friendly and informative staff all around! I had Ruth, Danicka and Saika as my Nurses and Dr. Nesselroade too! Everything was seamless! Brand new nice facility. I will be sure to use them again, if needed, and will also spread the word to friends and family! Highly recommend!

The facility is very clean, and the nursing staff is very kind. However, I really wouldn’t consider this much more than a glorified urgent care where they can charge you as an ER visit. The doctor essentially said they would have to call out for testing, which would take up to an hour, and results would take 3-4 hours, at which point they’d decide where to refer me and wouldn’t treat me.
