I arrived at 6:30 a.m. with no wait time and was greeted by a wonderful security officer (I didn’t catch his name). Miss Donna came to get me from the front, walked me to my room, and she and Aurora worked together as an incredible team to take care of me. I appreciate their help because they at least could acknowledge my issue and have a solution!!! That’s huge!!! but unfortunately they provided a nebulizer treatment with no product coming out the mouthpiece and my heart rate was fine. I’m aware I started using albuterol in 1990 and I started drinking coffee in 2005. And I have owned a breathing machine as a child before and I’m also very intelligent and unfortunately they still would not provide the care I am normally use to that solves my problem, so I still have the proble... read more

We had a great experience at HCA Florida Alafaya Emergency when my husband needed care. The staff took care of him quickly and treated us with so much kindness and compassion during a stressful time. Dr. Aldape, along with nurses Arora and Ginette, were all incredibly caring, attentive, and professional. They made sure my husband was comfortable and kept us informed throughout the visit. We truly appreciated the level of care we received and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing emergency care.
I was there just yesterday, dehydrated and feeling horrible. I want to thank Dr. Punyani and his staff for the care they gave me. I walked out of there 4 hours later not only feeling much better, but the doctor was so thorough that I’m also confident that I don’t have other issues which is nice to know. I am stubborn and generally always avoid ERs as much as possible because of the wait, or the service but this ER is not like that! In the future if I need care beyond what I can do for myself, I won’t hesitate to come back!
