Terrible bedside manner. My daughter thought she broke her ankle and everyone there seemed to have zero patience with her and just rude. Unfortunately she was taken there by ambulance so she had no choice in what hospital she went to.
If I said more than 4 words, Christopher Frederick Ward would get aggressive and interrupt. More than one sentence was too much I realized very fast. I have no idea if they gave me steroid IV for my asthma attack, I have no idea. I don’t believe they did. Nurse did not know that a breathing machine should have vapor coming out of it regardless of your lips “sucking.” Blood on toilet seat still sitting there from visit from yesterday and I was told they “cut the hours of the cleaning crew here” and the nurse did not know what... read more
I have still been having an asthma attack and I do not feel any relief. 1 star. Low quality service at this ER visit. The doctor wanted to prescribe a cough suppressant for an acute asthma attack, there was blood on their toilet seat when I asked to use the bathroom, nobody handed me the button to if I needed a nurse and the tubing was not hooked up correctly and I have not had relief from my asthma attack and I’m still having an asthma attack 24 hours later and I don’t really believe they even provided me a steroid IV for m... read more
We have been to the ER twice in 2 months. Both times I was taken care of by an amazing nurse, Alina. She was friendly, kind, and cheerful. Dr Aldape was my doc this time, he was very thorough and answered all of my questions - also very patient and had a good sense of humor. Then a nurse, Sharey, called me two days later to check on me and reminded me of tips to care for my broken foot. We have had two great experiences with this ER and wish we had something like it in Greenville, SC. We were in and out in less than an hour ... read more
