We have been to the ER twice in 2 months. Both times I was taken care of by an amazing nurse, Alina. She was friendly, kind, and cheerful. Dr Aldape was my doc this time, he was very thorough and answered all of my questions - also very patient and had a good sense of humor. Then a nurse, Sharey, called me two days later to check on me and reminded me of tips to care for my broken foot. Great er! Took me seriously and was able to catch a health issue that has been missed
Absolutely love this hospital and truly would not go anywhere else! The nurses are amazing compassionate and caring!!!! Tito is just by far the kindest nurse even after being a nurse for ages ! The one harsh experience I had Suzanne stepped in and every nurse made it right and I couldn’t be thankful the care here is phenomenal!!! If you are not feeling well I highly suggest this hospital for care
I arrived at 6:30 a.m. with no wait time and was greeted by a wonderful security officer (I didn’t catch his name). Miss Donna came to get me from the front, walked me to my room, and she and Aurora worked together as an incredible team to take care of me. I appreciate their help because they at least could acknowledge my issue and have a solution!!! That’s huge!!! but unfortunately they provided a nebulizer treatment with no product coming out the mouthpiece and my heart rate was fine. I’m aware I started using albuterol in 1990 and I started drinking coffee in 2005. And I have owned a breathing machine as a child before and I’m also very intelligent and unfortunately they still would not provide the care I am normally use to that solves my problem, so I still have the proble... read more
