I walked in here and was expecting the worst the guard was rude . Now I don’t know if I just got lucky or what but I had an extremely nice nurse and the Dr was kind. Even had to have other nurses give me a enama they were all so sweet! So despite wanting to leave as soon as I walked in I’m thankful the nurses and drs were kind to me.
Unfortunately, it was not the best experience. Even though I continued to express my health concerns, I was discharged without further testing to rule out the problem. That said, the nursing staff was wonderful and very supportive.
If I could give it zero stars, I would the charge nurse ILDE was the most disrespectful person ever. I told him I feel hot like I got a fever and he told me well. Fever doesn’t feel hot. It feels cold I From the moment he walked into the room he did not even greet himself. He just told me I’m here to have you sign A form and couldn’t even explain to me the form. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY HE IS A CHARGE NURSE IF HE CAN’T EVEN BE PROFESSIONAL TO HIS PATIENTS
Doctor Hamilton the 2nd was a very amazing doctor. bedside manner was 5 stars alone. his nurturing and caring spirit was absolutely welcoming and made me feel safe and taken care of! thank you dr hamilton !!
