From the minute I walked in everyone was so nice from Security, RN and the Doctor made a scary situation less scary. They were all very professional.
Went in for a double ear infection, physician was nice enough but only ever checked one ear and never confirmed that it was infected or had fluid or anything. Was given some abx there and prescribed more to pick up. Was in and out in 20mins. Had to go here as I couldn’t afford copay for urgent care. All was well until the bill arrived for $5,000.
Had an unexpected need to see a doctor while at the Hyatt at MCO before a flight. The front desk recommended HCA Fla Airport North Emergency. I am so glad they did. My visit and care were excellent. From the first person who met me at the front desk, to the Nurse Practitioner Michelle, to the physician Dr Oliva, the staff were kind and professional. My care was prompt and thorough. Let me tell you!!! I'm from Michigan. I was traveling and needed to be seen. The hotel I stayed at recommended me to go here. Needless to say I was impressed! The first thing I noticed was, the fast service. I think I wasn't there for an hour and I had X-rays and CT done. Then everyone was so nice and helpful, even security guard who greeted us upon arrival. And to to it off, THIS PLACE WAS CLEAN!! We was for sure impressed. This ER gets a 10 out of 10!!!
I had an awful experience at this hospital. I went in with concerns and they just looked at me and diagnosed me with something that’s not curable. Nobody around me believed that’s what i had so i went and got all proper testing at a bigger hospital that did urine, swab, blood, etc and turns out it was not what this hospital diagnosed me with. They also gave me medication for what they diagnosed me with without knowing for sure that’s what i had. They caused serious emotional distress, i will NEVER go back to this hospital. H... read more
