I'm not sure how they manage to screw up billing & coverage for every visit. I told my mother to go here bc it was closest to our home. Some time after the visit at my mother's next appointment, which ended up getting cancelled due to the issue, we find out that this facility listed a coverage that was no longer active and it interfered with billing her appointment. It was a weird experience. The only reason I went there is because It was recommnede by a clinic due to not being insured. The security guard was in the front desk checking people in. The nurses were kind. The doctor was a caricature. He seemed bored with a large dose of arrogance. I think he was trying to relate with unhumorous one liners. I PAID what I thought was the only payment due. Not true in the end I owed 16x more!
