I am disappointed that I had to pay for an emergency room visit when this facility is an urgent care. Then I was advised I would be there for about an hour after epi-pen I had to sign myself out after almost 2 hours. I knew what was wrong with me and I knew the epi pen would help. Why try to keep me longer?
I’ve been to this ER twice. The first time was alright, but the second time I felt extremely dismissed and ignored. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and had very concerning symptoms that brought me here. The nurse was amazing, but the doctor was extremely dismissive and almost seemed annoyed I was there. They did no testing or scans. Since they told me I was fine, I asked the DR what do I do if my symptoms continue and I was asked “What makes you think they’ll continue” I left crying bc I felt so ignored and confused.
