Very friendly staff very nice doctor will be back
Dr. Steven Pliskow has been my doctor for many years. He delivered three of my children & I absolutely adore him & his staff. He is friendly & very professional & great at what he does. Both locations are very nice & clean. If you are looking for a OB/GYN that is professional Advanced Women's Health Care is a great choice.
The front‑desk receptionist (possibly named Ann or Ana) handled a situation very poorly today. She refused service to a pregnant patient over a deductible issue and spoke so loudly that everyone in the waiting room could hear. The patient left visibly upset and in tears. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare environment. It’s truly unfortunate because the doctors are amazing. But their front staff definitely needs realignment.
i called 3 times today and my fiance called once to ask a question about blood work i needed done because the lady last week said they faxed it over to quest went to quest to find out they did not fax anything over I tried calling today got put on hold for extended amount of time which is insanely unnecessary was on hold for 20 minutes at one time for no one to ever pick back up but they had the time to tell me i could hold for a little like that is so unprofessional I’m trying to figure out everything and I’m extremely frus... read more
