“I’ve been trying to speak with the individual handling the account for Atlantic Outpatient Center since 11/4, but 24 hours later, I’m still getting the same response every time I call: ‘The representative is on the phone with the insurance company.’ It’s hard to believe that they can’t spare five minutes to return a patient’s call. Came in there because I was having trouble breathing lately left with a hefty bill and a referral to another dr. No diagnosis no medications.not to mention a wait out the butt in the ER. Also sent me to collections despite paying down the bill hundreds at a time. Do not recommend
