Nurse Fiona is the worst
Took my son to the quick care and it definitely quick, and a Karen said they lost the key for the bathroom and j had to wait until I was called to use one. Very very nasty customer service.
“I’ve been trying to speak with the individual handling the account for Atlantic Outpatient Center since 11/4, but 24 hours later, I’m still getting the same response every time I call: ‘The representative is on the phone with the insurance company.’ It’s hard to believe that they can’t spare five minutes to return a patient’s call.
