If I could give them a minus one I would. Promise you shifts and allocate them to other people. Do not care about any hardship expect you to travel 2 hours to do a three hour shift. I would not recommend them to anyone else. Try another agency that look after their staff.
If you’re looking for an Aged Care provider then don’t come to this one. Management are only interested in company policy, company procedures and company standards. They do not adhere to the Aged Care Quality Standards nor Your Rights for Quality Aged Care. These standards were introduced to protect the vulnerable. The company is unapologetic when you challenge management’s lack of mercy, compassion, empathy and care.
FRIEND REFERRAL/SIGN UP BONUS WAS NEVER RECEIVED. I called and emailed multiple times. Always got passed on or emails were never responded to. I also reckon that my recruiter delayed my sign on so that she could use me to help her reach her target for the next month. She left me hanging and it took over two weeks to sign me on. There are other agencies out there that treat their nurses with more respect and uphold their bonuses. Go with one of them.
