Dont rent from these crooks! I was charged over \$1000.00 dollars after moving out and spending 2 days cleaning the place spotless, replacing missing blinds with brand new ones, and getting the carpet professionally cleaned meeting all the lease requirements. Then they charged me over \$1000.00 to replace one faulty drain (already there) , touch up paint over a few small well patched nail holes and replacing two other blinds. Unbelievable! Trust me, rent from someone else not these crooks!!
