I came in with chronic neck and back pain and did 60 minutes massage with Arlington and 30 minutes acupuncture with Nancy. Arlington was really good at the deep tissue and focused on areas to bring down the pain. He also included stretching which really seemed to help. Janice is the best massage therapist I have ever met. If you want some extra pressure on the deep tissue massage and want to feel 20 years younger, she is the one to go. Only with 1 session my long time lower back pain and upper shoulder sprain is gone forever. Just woowww. Amazing. 100% ask for Janice all the time and won't be disappointed. Cupping, deep tissue , hot stone specialist. Best in all of Alberta.
I see Martha here at HC massage. I've been seeing her weekly for a few months. She works wonders on my muscles. I always leave feeling great. I highly recommend her.
