For a small family business Michael and his team do take a bit to nail down sometimes, no doubt because of the demand to have quality professional work done by so many people, but we have found that if it is truly urgent, they go to fairly long lengths to help out as soon as possible, for the other nice to do jobs, it can take a bit longer, but with a little patience they and understanding that really good tradespeople are worth keeping, they are definitely the only Plumbers that we would use or recommend.
Very professional, informative and helpful
Extremely poor service. Been into shop three times asking for quotes on water tanks, taken my name and number put in book. Been over three months still nothing,. Don't know how they make any business with such poor service .
Poor service or should i say no service after calling for quote and after two weeks still no call.
