We had them out for an estimate. They called back with the final quote, emailed the proposal as well. We paid a large deposit for a new heating system on Oct 10th. They told us the equipment was stuck on a ship waiting to be unloaded so it would be a few weeks, but they said they would keep us posted. I had an 11:00 appointment with them, which traffic prevented me from getting to on time so I called to ask if they could move it to 11:30. At 11:30 nobody had arrived. At 12:00 nobody had arrived, so I called and asked what was going on. They said the tech was at another job. At 1:00 still nobody showed up. Nobody contacted me to let me know. If you can't reach out to a customer when you're two hours late, you're not getting my business.
