Front desk lady demanding over $20 tip when she saw I had a few extra singles in my bag she tried to reach over the desk to go into my purse. Massage was OK, but I will never be going back there. My usual massage place was fully booked. Senju massage and spa is around the corner and so much better !!!
This was my first time visiting HC Foot SPA. The staffs were nice and respectful. I had a 90 minute full body massage and I didn't want it to end, it was so good. The sad part was I forgot to ask her for her name . At the time of my visit it was $80 for 90 minutes massage. Highly recommend .
The lady kept interrupting my massage to answer the phone she did not even give me extra time, she was demanding more of a tip than what I gave her.What a turn off me and my friends will not be returning. Very unpleasant experience. I agree with the other people's reviews. My massage was interrupted several times and the massage was not the greatest. I am very disappointed and will know be going to a spot around the corner on Crosby ave. Much better massage and its not interrupted. A massage is supposed to be relaxing not interrupted over and over whether to answer the phone or attend to walk in clients
I Been coming to this spa for a few years , there was more than a few times I’ve been disappointed and never did a review on it or said anything and continue to come back, however today march 28, 2026 I had to elaborate on my experience so here it goes I got upset from the minute I walked in the door The masseuse I believe her name is yo-yo asked me am I paying cash or card?
