The massage was very painful and the lady demanded a tip. So unprofessional. They just lost a great customer. The skinny lady at the front desk demands a tip.

Lucy was great! I came in on my birthday & had a wonerful Combo massage. Feeling refreshed! Also at the end, she gave me a canned brisk, a bottle of water AND a snack! 5 stars
