Used the Hot Coals to cater my recent 50th at home, and could not speak highly enough of them as a whole. Right from the initial enquiry, to the quote, to the menu selection prior to the event and then the food & service on the night was first class. Fantastic caterers and I would use them again in a blink of an eye! Great communication throughout, really helpful advice on our choices too. The food options are wide and varied & all our guests were talking about how delicious the food was. We had HC for our recent micro wedding (20 guests) in December. From our very first experience with them at the tasting night all the way to the big day itself, we were very impressed with their service. From initially inquiring with them, I found them to be very helpful and willing to answer questions, rather than being pushy (like some of their competitors).
