So far it has been really good after one month. Pickup is dependable. Pricing is much better than waste management.
Extremely disappointed with this service. They have skipped our recycling pickup three times now, despite it only being a bi-weekly service. I’ve called customer service multiple times for a resolution, but they have been completely unresponsive and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company altogether—terrible reliability and a total lack of professional customer support. We were off to a good start with HBS, however almost every week since October our service has experienced delayed pick-ups. Sometimes letting trash build up for days with no actual pick-up date in sight. We have to embarrassingly leave our cans out for days!! DAYS!! We are unable to rely on service, and unfortunately we just get the same routine email that they are running late, if not picked up tomorrow, leave it all out the next day? Robert, the driver, did an excellent job. He communicates very well and is a very patient man. I recommended his company.
