We don’t have a great experience with HBS trash company. Sometimes they pick up our trash and it’s not consistent plus we pay them to pick up every Friday. It’s highly annoying that they don’t provide a simple service they promote to pick up your trash. Customer services is horrible too they don’t respond back to you at all and it’s been a longtime we still don’t have our trash bin replaced, We are going to switch to another trash company. Don’t waste your time and money with this company, it’s a SCAM!!!

New Customer, Had an issue with recycling, they sent out a truck to pick it up the next day. Two weeks later had the same issue. They told me that they made a mistake with the scheduling and that the weeks were off, and I would have to wait a week for my recycles to be picked up. I am a new home owner and am trying to get all of my boxes out in an orderly and clean fashion and I cannot do that. They refused to help me and hung up on me when I was getting mad for their lack of services. Go with anyone else besides them.

Very disrespectful drivers and certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone. From other complaints read here and elsewhere online, it appears this company is having some real challenges with being customer friendly. The driver in the photo is very rude and unprofessional.

Brand new customer, so far not good. No communication on my service date, no eta on dropping off a trash can, had to call to get that info. Invoice was sent on 29th and due upon receipt. Be ready for unexpected fees too - they charge a fee to process using a credit or debit card (which is not written on the invoice or in the payment portal, just charged as a surprise when you pay) and a finance fee if your check is received "late" but there is no due date on the invoice and no written information stating that there is a late... read more
