Very disrespectful drivers and certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone. From other complaints read here and elsewhere online, it appears this company is having some real challenges with being customer friendly. The driver in the photo is very rude and unprofessional.
Brand new customer, so far not good. No communication on my service date, no eta on dropping off a trash can, had to call to get that info. Invoice was sent on 29th and due upon receipt. Be ready for unexpected fees too - they charge a fee to process using a credit or debit card (which is not written on the invoice or in the payment portal, just charged as a surprise when you pay) and a finance fee if your check is received "late" but there is no due date on the invoice and no written information stating that there is a late... read more
Not the first time. Three properties that we have HBS trash service in Englewood. Supposed to be picked up on Wednesdays. Got a call from HBS on Wednesday, two days ago, saying they have an interruption and the trash barrels will be picked up Thursday. Well, here it is Friday afternoon and the barrels still haven’t been picked up. Emailed and called over the last two days many times and never got through to speak to a live person. This was the worst trash service I've ever had in my life they literally did not pick up the trash two different times no reason given and it took them 4 days the first time to come get the trash they said each day they would come and they never did not to mention the fact that they didn't ever pick up the trash before 3 or 4:00 in the afternoon you never know when to pull the trash cans back or not because they came so late only had the trash service for a month and a half can only imagine what it would be like half a year ... read more
