DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!I called them to take the roll off 4 days after getting it. The system says "we'll call you back and you won't lose you place in line". They never called me back, I did this 3 times. Finally got ahold of themto take the roll off. They went to get it, noticed a freezer in it. They didn't take it, didn't call me nothing. 14 days later I get an email for a dry run and additional charge. (I could have removed the freezer while the driver was there). The best trash service! I rented a big roll-off several times and the driver always does a great job placing the container and is always fast and efficient. He called me to let me know he was on his way so that I could open the gate and he arrived promptly. He wasted no time pulling the dumpster and was out of here in less than 5 minutes. I will always call HBS first for all of my trash removal services!!
