people make mistakes everyday, don't make one today by trusting your motorcycle repairs to HBR, you will be sorry if you do. you will be overcharged for a substandard repair and won't be treated as a customer should be, Norman will talk to you and treat you worse than a stray dog off the street and then will expect you to give him your hard earned money for not completing a quality repair. spend more time looking for a different shop to have your bike repaired or serviced.......
I don't think HBR could fix a PB&J sandwich
took my bike to HBR for brake work and several parts were removed that had nothing to do with what I needed done. left side exhaust and shifter assembly and lower fairing was removed, I hope that all my parts were returned so I can get my bike back together and back on the road. looks like this will probably end up in court.
Got my bike back from HBR Powersports in Cleveland, TN. Bike is looking and feeling good. Wish I could say I was happy with them and could recommend them. Sad to say, look else where when seeking bike service. They had quoted me just under $800 for the breaks and tires. When I got there I saw the tab climbing to what looked like a possible $1600 on the computer.
