people make mistakes everyday, don't make one today by trusting your motorcycle repairs to HBR, you will be sorry if you do. you will be overcharged for a substandard repair and won't be treated as a customer should be, Norman will talk to you and treat you worse than a stray dog off the street and then will expect you to give him your hard earned money for not completing a quality repair. spend more time looking for a different shop to have your bike repaired or serviced.......
I don't think HBR could fix a PB&J sandwich
took my bike to HBR for brake work and several parts were removed that had nothing to do with what I needed done. left side exhaust and shifter assembly and lower fairing was removed, I hope that all my parts were returned so I can get my bike back together and back on the road. looks like this will probably end up in court.
Got my bike back from HBR Powersports in Cleveland, TN. Bike is looking and feeling good. Wish I could say I was happy with them and could recommend them. Sad to say, look else where when seeking bike service. They had quoted me just under $800 for the breaks and tires. When I got there I saw the tab climbing to what looked like a possible $1600 on the computer. We went down and bought two dirt bikes today. I was blown away. The staff is absolutely wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable! They were busy but made sure we were taken care of properly! Kept apologizing about the wait but I would wait anytime for the great service they provided. They had a great selection to choose from. I would give them 7 stars if I could! Will be back!

Would never EVER recommend anyone using HBR Powersports for any kind of bike work. We had sent this great running, well maintained wr250 to have its old carburetor rebuilt and installed. Followed by countless calls to the shop and a couple weeks, we are told that they could not get the bike running and that it could need a top end rebuild.. he stuttered the whole time saying that..Norman (The front desk A**hole) said that we should not leave him a bad review saying that we took a running bike to him only to bring it home bro... read more

Just to clarify, we have never done anything for Mr. Burkett. This bike belongs to Mr. Marsh and all correspondence has been with Mr. Marsh. The reason the bike was here is because it was not running. It had a junk Ebay carb on it and I told Mr. Marsh I would not work on it. If he had the stock carb I would rebuild it. Mr. Marsh agreed. The bike was brought in disassembled and NOT RUNNING. We checked compression and was slow to build, but with the input from Mr. Marsh of the bike running previously. We had our older GoldWing worked on somewhere before we found out about HBR. The other place charged us over 1,000.00 and it still wasn’t fixed. We stopped in HBR and talked to them about what might be Still wrong with it and Norman came to Etowah and picked up our bike and took it back and called to tell us what all was wrong and an estimate.
