After years of HIIT, my lower back had enough. I found relief in cycling and also a new love for a sport that i wanted to excel at. Having Kevin as a coach for 2 years now, he had guided, educated and trained me on the art of cycling and has helped me achieve so many goals I never thought were possible!

When I first started with HBodylab I had no experience with Triathlons besides handful of sprints. I came as a competitive bodybuilder so completely different training styles. Kevin had a great training plan from the beginning. Didn’t feel overwhelmed or thoughts I couldn’t do this new sport. He motivated me and had quick feedback to any questions I had. All 3 of the disciplines improved especially in my swimming. I now have a complete understanding of triathlon training thanks to HBodylabs. Another 70.3? Possibly!

I’ve worked with Kevin for many years, and he’s been instrumental in helping me train safely through knee injuries and stay active during the pandemic. His mobility work is thoughtfully tailored to my needs as a female client, and he brings patience, expertise, and variety to every session. I’ve made real progress with him and can’t recommend him highly enough.

I’ve been working with Kevin at HBodyLab for about 5 years now. His programming makes achieving big goals possible for a busy masters athlete. He’s flexible and responsive. It’s clear that he cares about his athletes. His workouts are challenging, yet accessible. I’ve been able to continue training without injury despite striving — and achieving — ambitious goals over the years.

I am a beginner triathlete who structured my own training for a long time. However, I had no solid foundation and often overtrained. I used my little knowledge and research to structure my workouts. I then started training with coach Kevin and after only two months I felt stronger than ever before. He built up my foundation and I am now well on my way to do a 70.3 Ironman thanks to Kevin Hanover! In conclusion, there is simply no one and nothing that can replace a good coach!
