Have done several loans with the team there. They always treat us well and have always been more than helpful for us getting the right loans to fit our needs.
I can't say enough about this company, I strongly recommend them if you are in the market for a mortgage. John Becker is amazing, he is attentive and is very experienced when it comes to all aspects of obtaining a mortgage! Give these folks a shot if you want a headache free mortgage! We just closed a mortgage In Florida with them and had an awesome experience!!
Watch out. Great salesman here but bait and switch. What they sell you on is not what you receive ends up costing you 1000's more. If you are ok with loosing money and over paying fees, paying fees twice and paying more than what it would cost you elsewhere call HB&O. On the upside they will do what ever it takes to get you the mortgage so they get paid. They follow up and follow thru to complete a sale is amazing.
