I would not even think of calling these people to prepare any financials of any kind. They neglected to file an income tax return due to a missing signature. When questioned, their answer was that they had no way to contact me for the signature. Let's see, they had my home address as they prepared my income tax returns. When questioned why I hadn't , at the very least, received a letter through the mail there was silence on the other end.
