They did a job for me years ago, pre covid. Finally got a gmail account to leave feedback. Terrible communication, their reason was this " we usually do commercial projects". Basically said they're used to working with cities and not so much residential. If this has changed, cool use them. If you want a company to keep you in the loop. Don't use them. Again this might have changed over the years.
Don't sub for these jackwagons unless you don't mind never being paid for the work you've done.
