I’ve used Lanny’s Construction Company twice for two separate apartment renovations, and I can confidently say they are the best contractor we’ve ever worked with. Extremely reliable, highly detailed, and truly committed to doing things the right way—no cutting corners. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and the quality of work exceeded expectations both times. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Five stars without question. Lani and his team at HBH did a fantastic job for us!!! They took a tough job and outperformed on quality and schedule! They always gave us good advice and really worked with us to make our space beautiful and functional. Everything was well done. I highly recommend HBH!!!

Working with Lani was a dream. He and his crew were professional, friendly and so easy to work with. We had a fairly large and difficult project converting our SRO brownstone into a 2 family house. This process included a lot intricate details that were needed to pass inspection. Lani and his crew rose to the occasion and did an incredible job. We hired Lani as a general contractor for work done throughout our older brownstone (new bathroom, expanded kitchen, getting cellar/boiler room up to code, etc.). I can't recommend him enough. He did a great deal of the work himself and chose good sub-contractors. Lani dealt with the whims of the city's permitting and inspection process, working with us and our expeditor. He was trustworthy, easy to deal with and did a great job blending old with new in our home.
