1 Star – She doesn’t even deserve the 1. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Myrah. My 3:30 PM appointment was confirmed in advance, yet when I arrived—after driving 45 minutes—no one answered the phone, the door, or any of my messages. There was absolutely no communication, no explanation, and no apology.
