RecommendedBeth and the other staff in Herkimer have been fantastic. We spend the winter in Texas and traded a vehicle down here. Very complicated trying to transfer plates and insurance from out of state, and then add in DMV closure due to covid-19! Not only did they find us a much better and cheaper policy, they have kept me reassured that the pending and hanging in the air paperwork wouldn't be a problem, and they answer my e-mails almost instantly. Very much appreciated!
Melissa did an excellent job of researching my needs and finding excellent coverage at a much better rate than my previous insurer. She stayed on top of the issues and made sure all were quickly corrected.
