We had been looking for over a year for a builder to work with to build our new home, when we met Mike and Ashleigh we knew HBC was the perfect builder. Their customer service and professionalism is the absolute best. There are so many questions that come up when building a custom home, Ashleigh is on point and so friendly and helpful with every detail. Mike and Ashleigh Preston were absolutely a blessing and pleasure to work with, we would definitely build with them again.

Builder is building a house on a corner - so house sits on 2 streets. There is a lousy barrier on the property (in areas is flat with the ground - have got 2 flat tires from this property in the past several months - other neighbors stated the same - nails and debris flys into the street and the builders do not clean up. Called the office for this builder and Ashleigh Preston answered and was rude and sarcastic when I called to let them know after the 2nd flat tire this time costing a new vehicle to get an entirely new tire ... read more
We met Mike and Ashleigh at the model home they were selling last June and they were so wonderful working with us and patient while we prepared our home in Colorado to sell and purchase this new home early September. They have been very responsive to us when we ask for guidance or any other minor repair issues which have arisen.
