Tried to give. O Stars should be teed emojis! They call once send an email that goes to spam! Then they tell you “yes we received your deposit” but now the hotel needs your 1st night payment??? What???. 180.00 deposit and to stay in a 2.5 Star Dump. I wish I could post pictures. After they cancelled and kept my deposit. I ended making my own reservations and paid to stay at the same Team Hotel they had original booked for us, and Yuck wouldn’t even take my shoes off in the rooms! Shame on you! Crooks. Grandaughter was registered for a softball tournament which was cancelled by her team...plenty of notice...but no refund of the $120 deposit. Surprised the scam they're running is even legal. Steer clear if you want to keep your money.
David from HBC events worked closely with me to ensure that everyone on our softball team was able to get a room for an upcoming tournament. His quick response and help is much appreciated! Thank you HBC events.
