Purchased a Monica Beauty Bed for use in our Piercing Studio. Wonderful product, better than most tattoo beds that cost way more to buy - excellent, friendly & responsive customer service team. They even assisted us with local pickup options to save on bulky goods shipping. Highly recommend. Will be purchasing again soon :)

I had the pleasure of purchasing my beauty business bed from HBA and had a great experience. The sales process was thorough and the staff lovely and helpful. The bed itself is great quality and if I need anything else I will definitely purchase with them :)

We purchased two tattoo beds from HBA salon, good quality beds and the service was fantastic. We ended up buying two more a few months later!

I'm very impressed, I ordered barber chair's and when the courier delivered it they dropped the one box and broke the arm of the chair off. HBA had no issues to replace the arm and shipping went very quickly.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of my chair and the poor customer service from HBA. I purchased a chair less than 3 months ago for use in a professional beauty clinic setting, and the wheel base has already warped. I’ve never misused the chair or dragged it over obstacles — it’s been used exactly as intended. When I raised a warranty claim, I was told the damage was due to “wear and impact” and not covered.
