Purchased the Dennis Luxe Saddle Stool in white. I love this chair! The plush seat is super comfortable and the overall quality is very good. The seat can adjust quite high, and the roller blade style casters make it easy to move around. It's lightweight but sturdy. Customer service were very helpful when I had a question about delivery. Definitely recommend Rodney and the team at HBA!Â

Had recent purchase of couple of salon/barber chairs from HBA, rodney was great to work with. These guys are very professional and easy to interact with, leaving with a very positive experience. Will 100% recommend these bunch for any purchase. After sales service was brilliant as well as Rodney went out of his way to mail a missing screw on a chair.Â
DO NOT BUY FROM HBA SALON - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Faulty, damaged products and very poor Customer Service, I purchased a trolley and each piece during unpacking was damaged. I took time stamped photos and videos - emailed HBA Salon Equipment immediately, their response was delayed, unhelpful and condescending. Andrew Yuen did not offer a refund at all - he said I damaged the trolley and pay $60 per shelf to replace it and will send a new frame. Why would I pay more money for a faulty, damaged trolley.
