I came here because of all the great reviews. I'm new to the bicycle scene and I got a folding bike but of course I needed to upgrade the tires. When I arrived Candy was very friendly and he knew his stuff. He gave me a few options in which I went with the more expensive tire and tube. They were able to get ir done the same day and I pick up my bike when I got off work. It was more $$$ than what I wanted to spend but you pay for quality. I will sure come back for future purchases.
Took my Canyon in for service because it was making creaking sound. I have an upcoming DC ride and wanted to ensure my bike is safe to ride. Candy fixed the issue.
I was very happy with the professionalism of all the staff at Velo Cycle! All my repairs were explained prior to doing the work. And all the work that was performed was excellent ! I strongly recommend Velo Cycle!
I can’t say enough good things about this bike shop—and especially about Tim! I found myself in a tough spot with a flat tire and my child with me, stuck and unsure what to do. Tim went above and beyond to help us out quickly, kindly, and without any hesitation. He dropped what he was doing to make sure we were safe and back on our way, and his calm, helpful attitude made all the difference in a stressful moment. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine care and service these days. Thank you, Tim—you’re a lifesaver!
