I had an amazing experience bringing my mom’s vintage Cannondale road bike here for a restoration. The bike was originally purchased in Germany in the mid-1980s and my mom used to ride it to CSULB every day, so it has a lot of sentimental value for our family. The team was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Found this spot on Canyon’s website. Needed to get my Canyon Aeroad tuned and to address some small issues. Went there on Wednesday and met Tim. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. He told me the turn around might be a little long since they were backed up; however, he got my bike done the NEXT DAY! Very happy with how my bike turned out. It rides so smooth now, virtually silent. 10/10 would recommend .
Their repair service was prompt, competent and reasonably priced.
