Dropped off my Canyon Grizl gravel bike for some TLC after heavy use. Needed new chain, brake fluid flush and new brake pads. Candy did an A+ job and I would rate him as the top bike technician in HB. Friendly and great service with a quick turn around, especially this time of year.
I discovered HB Cyclery at the peak of Covid when other shops told me it would be weeks before they would even “look” at my bike, including one shop where I bought 2 bikes. I brought in my bike for major work canles, housing, work on brakes, derailleur and had it ready next day. Today, I btought in a used bike for fixing brakes and in addition the wheels were trued up and chain lubed - no extra charge. The shop is so clean it looks like a surgical suite. Reliable, knowledgable and trustworthy service
