Super disappointed. I went here for birthday nails and having a pamper day after having a baby. I had an apt at 9 and I drove from Montrose following GPS. Took me to homestead meats and I couldn’t see the nail salon. So I called them to ask where they were located and he hung up on me. Someone from homestead pointed out where to go so I decided to still go after driving all that way. I was 7 minutes past my apt time. I walk in and the guy says you’re late. I love HB Nails! Their space is clean and tidy. They are so friendly, and we all end up full on belly laughing at least once a visit. They take the time to get to know their customers, and not only do they know my "usual," they also understand exactly how much "bling" I like when I have that special occasion. I always walk away feeling pampered and confident. I came here to get an acrylic set and they couldn’t even get my old set off. Never been to a nail salon where they don’t know what part of the nail is fake and yours. The gentleman that was doing my nails cut my real nails so short they started bleeding! I asked to please stop the service because my finger was bleeding and burning when he put it in the acetone. He apologized and gave me a paper towel to clean my bleeding finger. I would not recommend this nail salon.Such a horrible experience!

Very friendly and they do nice work. I've been uncomfortable going to a "salon" before but that was not a problem here.
