The staff seems really nice, but I will not be going back. I had to make an appointment just to reestablish my care there after coming back after 12 years, fine, but they were 45 minutes late for calling me for that telehealth appointment. I had called to say I couldn't wait any longer, and they assured me the doctor would call me soon, and I was still charged the full $100 plus a $6 processing fee that you can't get around. This is an exceptional woman caring facility. The staff are warm and friendly and they will even walk you to the section of the building you need to visit after they check you in.
NEVER work for this company. Besides from the unprofessional interview where the manager talks about his guns, his cars, his run ins with the police, his tattoos, etc. after he hires you , he then will fire you. which in my case, he knew that I did not have my medical assistant certification, he stated that I did not need one because he can train me then fires me on my 3rd day because his insurance said that I need a certificate (which he should have known prior), he then apologized for wasting my time and said he would send... read more
Yes they are very kind and respectful and they make sure that you are getting everything that you need when you come in for your appointment they do amazing job been going to them for years
