I’ve been a patient of Dr Bipat’s for years , I love her and her staff .. never had an issue with anything or anyone in her office.
I've been a patient of Dr. Bipat for about 4 years now. In 65 years she's my first female GP. I appreciate her promptness and conscientiousness of my time. Her staff is professional and pleasant. I am very satisfied with how thorough she is. The only thing that bothers me is having to come in every 3 months for a refill prescription.
I have been a patient at HB Wellness for about 3 years. Dr. Bipat and her staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. They are very responsive to my calls, and answer request in a timely fashion. I have referred several patients and will continue to do so!
I have been going to Dr BiPat and Dr. Thomas for years. Ms. Thomas, PA and Dr. Bipat explain everything and keep me up to date with my wellness care. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. There is little or no wait time. Thank you, Linda Minton
Isabel the front desk staff is very under skilled and unprofessional. I guess she felt empowered calling the police for a non aggressive situation that she was not knowledgeable nor equipped to deal with on specific a credit card transaction return or capable of providing a educated response to an inquiry on the request for clarification regarding the disclosure statement at the bottom of the payment form for the semiglutide injection.
