Outstanding office ! Isabel is astonishing, she goes above and beyond to help any patient walking through the door. She deserves all the 5 stars. She has been such a big help at office & definitely recommend booking any future appointments with them :)
Isabel the front desk staff is very under skilled and unprofessional. I guess she felt empowered calling the police for a non aggressive situation that she was not knowledgeable nor equipped to deal with on specific a credit card transaction return or capable of providing a educated response to an inquiry on the request for clarification regarding the disclosure statement at the bottom of the payment form for the semiglutide injection. Been having issue with this place cuz on the internet it states that Fridays they stay open till 5:00 Saturdays is 9:00 to 1:00 if you look on the internet it says that the place is open it's gone up there two times yesterday was it like 4:00 they already locked and closed .today show up at 10 internet says they close at 1:00 places locked nobody's there I went in yesterday for prescription said it was going to get sent through it's a prescription that I really need and nothing got sent through so now I'm stuck having to go ... read more
Every time I come in HB medical & Wellness Care I always have a great experience. The staff is always pleasant, welcoming and it’s always a warm atmosphere. I’m so pleased with my Doctor here and I’m glad I made the right decision to switch my PCP. I would recommend anyone to either office. HB Medical & Wellness Care keep up the good work!!!! I reached out to HB about a month ago to schedule new patient appointments for myself and my husband. I was asked to complete new patient paperwork sent via email first and told I would be contacted after completing the paperwork to schedule an appointment. I did receive a call during the workday, which went to my voicemail because as a recruiter by profession, I cannot easily take unscheduled incoming calls during the business day.
