This place never answers their phone! Better luck finding a different PCP. I’d heard such great reviews from a family member about this place and then quickly realized they don’t really pay much attention to new patients. They had me fill out paperwork ant the beginning of the month and never called me back to schedule an appointment. We are going into a new month and I still do not have an appointment set. Its unfortunate that her staff will hurt patients & her business. I've been a patient of Dr. Bipat for over 10 years. Let's talk about the good, both she and CNP Thomas are wonderful, knowledgeable professionals. Mr. Bipat, the office manager, is caring and listens. Dr. Bipat listens and cares tremendously about her patients; however, all of the comments below about her front office staff are TRUE. Office drops patients without notification and THEN considers you a "new patient". The office is no longer accepting new patients which means you no longer have continuous care. How do you not notify a patent you will no longer care for them to allow adequate time to find other care. When asked about this policy the front office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional!

Terrible doctors office. Poor customer service. They will deactivate your account without notice and won't tell you why and leave you high and dry.
