Excellent little gym, all the necessary equipment (mostly new), not overcrowded, friendly, and clean. All age groups represented, including children, if that bothers you. My only gripe is with the private shower rooms, they need an update. Someone's going to hurt themselves.
Great equipment and friendly staff
I love this facility. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have evening childcare from 5:30-7:30 Monday- Thursday which is great. The only improvements are to increase their childcare to Friday and possibly Saturday. They also don't have a pool but the other location does. The gym is clean and I rarely need to wait for any of my workout. I Also enjoyed the classes. Stephanie is amazing! Jacques is a manager and he is really welcoming. It's honestly a good gym with new, clean equipment and for the most part friendly staff. My only complaint is their showers don't have consistent hot water. I gave up trying to shower there because only 2 times out of 5 the water got hot. A good place to work out, but not if you need to clean up right after.
