I can't believe despite being London born and bred I didn't know about this place. The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing and wow what more can I say about the staff? I had my phone stolen elsewhere and they were so kind and helpful and as I needed help to tie my bow tie without the trusty help of Youtube, they all waded in to help including the general manager who got it tied for me in the end. Ok a lot to unpack, staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, they were amazing, location was good and luckily our room was quiet(well second room) but the first room didn’t have a shower which was really weird, the room was also on a lean, but we did. I’m not sure why they actually use that room. But we did ask to be changed and they changed our rooms for us, we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it but please note the shower situation. Also they have a honest bar which is a cool idea

It's a beautiful and historic hotel . Loved our stay here . The duty manager Rosalba Furone was incredibly helpful with checking and making sure the Elizabeth line was being worked and to find us a cab back to the airport. We stayed in the John Snow Room and it was lovely . Much thanks for making our time special. .
