I personally have had many good experiences for numerous x-rays, MRI scans, mammography scans, etc.
Summer K., Sorry that you had such an awful experience at this facility. No one needs to be treated with anything less than with respect and professionalism, no matter what the situation. Please do yourself and others a favor by contacting management with your experience. They need to know how you were mistreated so that it will never happen to you again or to anyone else. You had better know everything you are supposed to know and have all of your paperwork in order or you won't get anything but negative attitude and frustration back from the front office people. I had the WORST experience here today from the woman who was 'checking' us in (I was taking my elderly father who is in the beginning stages of dementia and is in a personal care home).
