*PRETTY GOOD* I find that the service here is pretty good. If I had a recommendation I would say this is a good place and even having an issue with a product in the past, they sought to make it correct and did correct it. I had an incident with Hazleton Honda Service that I was not content with. Initially it was a frustrating situation regarding the repair of my car—There was miscommunication and misunderstanding between customer service in the auto body shop & I. However, they ultimately made the repairs and provided great service, they even filled my gas tank and performed a detailed exterior wash for my inconvenience. I felt they handled it professionally and thoroughly. Jada was kind and helpful.
The sales representative Kat Warner was very patient and understanding with my financial situation and work with me and my uncle to get the best deal and help me out with a 2024 Honda CRV Hrybrid vehicle she was also very patient waiting for my uncle to come to help me out
