first time buying from this company found them on car-part.com. They were great and very thorough make sure i got correct engine for my 07 mazda apparently there are 7 diff engine that could have come in that year car they sold it to me at a great priced shipped wright to my mechanics shop for me. my car is up and running better then ever would highly recommend to any one shopping for a good used part
If there was a lower rating I would not had given them (Jason) 1 star. The sales representative they have answering the phones and taking sales calls is very Unprofessional, Rude and has no Customer Service skills. Jason refused to sell me a transmission, so I took my business to Gravely (800)491-4818 and told them about my experience, they knocked off the shipping charges for me which ended up being lower than what I was about to spend at Hazle! Absolutely the worst people I had to deal with in a while. Not only did they misinterpret my words but also refused to sell me a part based on this misinterpretation.They're not interested in making sales as I was told to go buy the part I needed somewhere else almost immediately. The guy on the phone was very rude. If you have the means to purchase the part you need elsewhere I highly recommend that you do so and don't give these people the business they don't want anyway.
