Dr. Banki changed my life. I no longer have reflux that I had for 30 years!! She treats you like you are her only patient. Very concerned about you and your health.
Dr. Banki and her staff are amazing. From the first consult Dr. Banki was able to determine the problem and I was so impressed by her empathy and compassion. She proceeded to show me my scans and explained how she planned to remedy my problem. Going into this surgery I was confident everything would be alright. It was. Thank you Dr. Banki. I would give you 20 stars if I could.
Had a knee replacement by Blevins some years ago. I started experiencing extreme pain and called the office for an appointment. No one returned my call until I called back days later and then, the call was after hours and I needed to wait another day. This brought back memories from when I had the original knee surgery. Blevins seems extremely competent but his office communications is dreadful. On I guess if if all goes well. But don’t expect to be able to reach anyone if you need anything.
Dr. Farzaneh Banki was amazing for my 75 year-old mother! She didn't just explain my mother's procedure, she took the time to break it all down in a way my mother understood and answered every single one of our questions. Dr. Banki is amazing. She treats the whole patient. From the time I walked into her office I felt at ease. She has wonderful staff that are very eager to help. I went to her for a hiatal hernia and to be assessed for surgery. I was very anxious about surgery and she discussed my options. I moved forward with surgery and knew after our visit I was in very capable hands. I was blessed to have her as my surgeon and highly recommend Dr. Banki. She is the Best!
Dr. Banki and the team were exceptional during my hernia surgery. From the initial consultation to post-op care, I felt confident and well cared for. The surgery was smooth, and recovery was quicker than expected. Dr. Banki's expertise and compassion made this the best medical experience I’ve ever had.
Dr Banki and her team are excellent!! Dr Banki proved that not only is she a medical expert in her field but she is so caring. Once I met her I was reassured that I would be ok. I went home right after I was in the recovery room with no pain and never had pain thereafter. One of the main things that I have enjoyed is not having to take 2 meds after many years-- freedom from Gerd, taking meds and can enjoy the things I like to eat. I highly recommend Dr Banki for this surgery.
Dr. Banki is a wonderful doctor. She fixed my hiatal hernia one year ago. I had a pain free and full recovery. She is a very caring and skilled surgeon. Dr. Banki is a well prepared professional, who sat with me, face to face and told me what the problem was, when and how she would fix it as well as what to expect. Her staff, Ali and Alex, they rock! No call unanswered or returned. Best combo ever.
