Chad lied about the condition of the vehicle I test drove and tried to tell me that the grinding noise from the drivetrain both my mechanic and I noticed and the vibrations that were visibly shaking the passenger seat were normal and that “all cars make noise”. Despite me being told otherwise, the mechanic with 20 years of experience has assured me that grinding coming from underneath the car is not a standard feature on the Nissan Rogue.
Chad was so honest! There was no surprises with the vehicle or pricing! I purchased a used car, so it wasn't perfect. Chad pointed out the defects and was completely honest through the entire process! I highly recommend Chad at Hazen's Edge Auto!
