Professional and kind staff. Waiting area and treatment room was immaculate. Haley was awesome. This was my first visit and now my new dental provider. Thank you Hazen Smiles.

I was super nervous as I haven’t been to a dentist for a long time, every woman in that building that I came into contact with was absolutely kind and non judgmental , Dr was straight forward and knew exactly what to do. I walked out feeling good about going to the dentist.
I was traveling from Valley City to visit family in Hazen, when one of my crowns fell off. I looked up dental offices and Hazen Smiles popped up. I called and left a message to ask if they could see me. When I stopped at the office, they were very kind and were able to work me in. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you so much to all of the staff for helping me out! It is a beautiful office space as well!
After experiencing extreme pain and an ER visit over the weekend,they fit me in. my infection with the bad tooth was severe. They immediately took care of me. The bad tooth is gone and the infections addressed. They literally took my pain from a 10 to a 2. Only pain now is the pulled tooth which can be handled. Thank you so much
