There are not enough stars to thank Tony for all of his assistance on a recent renter's policy matter. He was thorough, timely and most importantly, so incredibly kind. We are currently living out of state, but should we return, we will absolutely give Tony a call and have him handle all of our insurance needs.
The best customer service! Tony started my quotes on a new policy. He took the time to carefully explain every detail and answered any question Toast I had issues paying on line. Becky was amazing!! She patiently took the payments and is the nicest person! I highly recommend them!
This agency is a scam! They coviently have individuals who are no longer with the company whom were responsible for switching polices on us after explaining that the coverage was exactly the same as what we previously had. 20+ years dealing with this company and we have never submitted any automobile claims until today after my wife was hit by an uninsured motorist driving on a suspended licenses, only to find out that there are differences from our previous policy and our current policy.
