This agency is a scam! They coviently have individuals who are no longer with the company whom were responsible for switching polices on us after explaining that the coverage was exactly the same as what we previously had. 20+ years dealing with this company and we have never submitted any automobile claims until today after my wife was hit by an uninsured motorist driving on a suspended licenses, only to find out that there are differences from our previous policy and our current policy.
