Disappointing experience. Very inattentive barber. I explained I simply wanted a cleanup and left with a high fade. I then proceeded to get my beard lined up, got cut with the razor, and was still charged for the service. I don’t enjoy doing this to a small business, but locals deserve to know what to expect before sitting in their chairs. Would not recommend unfortunately.
I have been seeing Hazem now for more than ten years. I will not see any other barber. He is a true professional and and having gone there so often he has become my friend. I drive from the east end of Ottawa to have have him cut my hair. It's always perfect. See you soon Hazem. Thanks for being there.
Asked to cut more hair gave attitude and honestly the haircut wasn't great either. All they do is cut old man with practically no hair so once someone with real hair walks in thats not a friend there complaining. Personally if your not an old man with almost to no hair dont go there!!
Gave me something completely different from what I asked for
