Doctor did listen properly and explained everything well great doctor appointment
I was very impressed with the professionalism and empathy expressed towards me . I felt quite comfortable with the doctor's knowledge and experience, and they made it a point to fully explain everything to me .
I am delighted with Dr Ryan and the staff at this clinic, very professional and caring in there treatment of myself after recent surgery. I recommend the clinic on the mentioned comments I have made
Hazelwood Health Centre has to be one of the best health Centres I have truly felt comfortable with. The staff at reception are very friendly and polite and make you feel welcome. My GP (Dr Ryan) I hope never leaves he makes me feel relaxed and at ease whenever I visit, he is a good listener and he explains things in great detail.
This week I saw Dr Shein. Still a dedicated compassionate Dr. Understands my chronic painful conditions and adjusting to live with inoperable neck nerve impingements. On top of living with a replacement neck disk with screws. His patience with me is commendable. 10/10 Reception are lovely as always. Polite, respectful. 10/10 I saw Dr Hewage and she was exceptionally understanding and compassionate and listened to a mother's stressors, and health stressors. Thankyou.
