Customer service is poor if you can actually get through on phone line. Nurse Sonia is exceptionally brilliant better than admin and doctors however when she's asked me to call admins attitude is disgusting...still waiting 2 weeks I've been trying to get through, they don't even pass the message on, just no calls left today try tomorrow and the call ends. Last time I called I was 18th in the queue 45 min wait then poor customer service. Why is it so difficult to pass a message on!!!
It's impossible to book an appointment in advance. You’re told to call at 8 AM, but the phone lines are either busy or you’re placed in a queue that fills up instantly. By the time you finally get through, all the appointments are already gone. The system is stressful, inefficient, and really needs to be improved.
Really badly managed. I've had too many times when I've been denied the treatment I've needed. If you're a individual who is a part of the lgbtqia+ community this isn't the right GP for you. They don't even look through your records or keep you updated. Had a male nurse try and persuade me into getting a blood test saying it's due to my medication he needs to do it. I'm not on any medication an had been written off , I was very unhappy and left. Contraception talk I wouldn't bother. Good luck out there.
Called at 8:00am and unable to join the queue as that many people are calling. Maybe hire more doctors?
In early 2000 I contacted the practice because I was getting an unusual pain down my left side. After researching on Google, the symptoms could be kidney disease or at worst even cancer. I phoned the practice to arrange a doctor call back. After explaining my symptoms and worries, the doctor said "Oh, it's early days yet, take pain killers".
