Excellent practice. Very warm, friendly engaging reception staff. The practice nurses are gorgeous. The doctors are fabulous too... Highly recommend.
Was a great family clinic back in the day. However after recently returning I found it to be a terrible experience. I've be shuffled around from doctor to doctor with differing views and no continuity of treatment. No less than 3 in a row. There was very little care or consideration or treatment for that matter. I also felt I was continually rebooked just so they can charge up a fee... None of them listened to me... I'm disturbed by the way I was treated and disappointed.
Myself and my family have been attending this clinic for many years now. I normally see Dr. Rebecca Jeanes, she is extremely thorough, caring & professional. I have seen quite a few of the other doctors in the practice if Dr. Jeanes is unavailable, once again they have always been very helpful. The amazing team of staff out in reception are just fabulous in person or on the phone they do their utmost to help in anyway possible. Thank you Hazelwood Clinic for providing such excellent service.
